Terrible service. Lies after lies to cover up their mistakes. Absolute waste of time. Made us wait well over an hour, saying, โIโll get to you when I get to you.โ Never actually processed our request. Helped another customer who arrived right before closing, and turned around and sent us home. Have better customer service. Have respect for other people.

Trebette in customer service is the single worst human i have ever encountered in a professional environment. I cannot even believe the level of unprofessionalism from this person. Refusing the business of a decades old account because she doesnt want to do her job, straight up telling a customer that helping them isn't her problem or what she is paid to do, shes simply paid to be a body in the building and not complete any actual tasks so she doesnt care how the transaction goes. Lying about account status and the weights of packages so she could turn away business. This is not a person i would want in an environment with any level of responsibility, guaranteed to cost more than can be gained from them as an employee. I havent even touched on how rude and inconsiderate this human was either. Hugely dissatisfied, and i have shipped dozens of boxes through southwest on a weekly basis over 20 years. I think as a result of this interaction it is time to reconsider my other options.

I would like not to give any star on this review, i am waiting almost a day for my equipments to arrive and they said that there was a delay, also they don't give any apologies and their treat to the costumer is very unkind and unprofessional

Southwest cargo in Memphis is terrible. Every time I come here itโs a bad experience. Save yourself the trouble and use another airline. Today: Iโve been standing outside their door for 30 minutes and the employee is just sitting at their seat not paying any attention

I'm a courier and have yet to have a seamless experience with this place. First time dispatch gave the wrong address and then took forever to get help with filling out tendering paperwork. Now since updated hours not posted having to wait until 8 to drop off a package when I should be back in Little Rock. And even worse a worker showed up probably 10 minutes after I arrived but will not assist until 8am. Just irritating.
