    I would like to give you zero stars! Southwest has keyword has been my choice of airlines.. I would say it's because of your staff. They've always been lovely, except for today when I had a different experience; that blew my mind. After my flight from Dallas I went to the wrong luggage carousel. I flew from Dallas where there are two airports. I'm not used to flying from Dallas so to me there's one city to look for at the baggage claim. When I realized that I was at the wrong carousel. I started searching other carousels for my luggage and found two of your employees gathering luggage that was not claimed. I told them that the luggage was mine pointing at my two bags and walking towards them to collect them. One of your employees , a younger wonan snapped at me after I picked my two bags and said "these aren't yours? " In a sassy irritated tone. I repled "No, these two ." To which she rudely replied "Next time try to be more specific about which luggage is yours!" I cannot tell you how appalled I was that she would even say such a thing to a customer. In addition her tone with sassy and rude. Not a little rude; very rude. I stood with my mouth dropped open in disgust and a bit of shock, as her more mature coworker, just rolled her eyes and looked away. I have a two hour ride ahead of me to get home from the airport. I have a full day of patients booked tomorrow in my office. It is now past midnight as my flight has been delayed twice due to factors on your end. Not one person on my flight moaned or complained when we were told of the second delay arriving into Albany because you all were short staffed. The smart thing to do would be to walk away, but I was beyond appalled that this girl would say something so rude for no reason at all there were two flights that came in at the same time both from Dallas. There were four bags left. It was not like she was stressed or handling tons of customers at the time this occurred. It was after midnight on a Sunday night. I am really questioning flying with your airlines again. I have been a loyal customer of yours. A rewards member. After that interaction She called her supervisor said that I swore her. I did not . She continued to start a fight with me telling ne it wasn't her fault my flight was delayed; I didn't complain to her. She also yold me it wasn't her fault that I coukdn't find the correct luggage carosel; again I never blamed her of this. I actually apologized for no going to the correct luggage carousel. At this point I responded to her in anger. The more mature coworker meekly looked at me and mouthed the words " I am sorry". The manager cane out and really had nothing to say. I'm still appalled as I drive home. There was no readon for her rude sassy attitude abd comment. I hope that you will cousel " Serviche" is what her manager told me her name was when he came to try to handle the situation. She told ne that " I have no name!" I hope you will counsel her on how customer service is your major platform for marketing. In my opinion She needs to learn a little bit about life, and A LOT about customer service and good nanners and communication. I look forward to hearing from you as I think you're above that as an airlines.

    Easy access, very nice people, very helpful, Warehouse. If you go after hrs. The terminal is a lot to be desired. Not being able to get to cargo (dogs) to be picked up, you have to park in airport parking lot. And carry the crates across the road to put in in your car. They won't let you park or stand, this is with picking up people with a disability.

    Packages were handled with care and arrived on time. Friendly and helpful people on both ends. Highly recommend using Southwest Cargo!

    wrong hours listed on gmaps. beware they close much earlier than 9pm. tried to call to confirm hours of operation and the voice-mail ALSO SAID THEY CLOSE AT 9PM. how do you run a company like this?
