    Tried to fly out. Plane got turned around for mechanical issues. Had to stay in a hotel overnight and return at 4 in the morning with two young kids the next day. While we were successfully rebooked, apparently Southwest didn’t think this warranted any sort of voucher. Ridiculous and not consistent with what I’m used to from this airline.

    Been flying southwest for years. They're the best. New bigger airplanes. 737-700. 737-800 Flights are full now, meaning all seats taken. Usually no issues. If there is an issue southwest usually gives a vocher for a future date. Some flights arent straight through but the other airports are nice. In mpls southwest has its own terminal. Terminal 2. Its super nice. Up, up & away. Join rapid rewards to earn flyer miles for each trip. Which = a free trip. Or flyer miles can be used to by someone else a ticket.

    Don’t have your wheelchair people asking customers for tips when they’re walking 20 mph leaving the rest of the family behind.

    The flight from Minnesota to Denver on Monday August 5th at 5 o'clock didn't leave on time due to a rain storm. But it sure was nice watching all the other planes leave as we taxied back to the terminal. 4 hour delay and they refused to comp a hotel. And then automatically booked us on a flight that was almost 24 hours later, of course that can change but really? Zero people skills when we brought issue to their attention...did not offer a comp voucher, had to ask for it, still didn't work. Voucher has different info on it than the dot website states for flight delayed more than 3 hours. We even called and told them about the issue and were told to stay on plane and not to rebook. Missed our connection by 11 minutes, 3 hour 45 minute delay on their part ( light rain) they gave bad info. Also, after being on a plane for 5 hours for an hour and a half flight, when we landed and stopped the plane AT THE TERMINAL, the passengers stood up with a sigh of relief, and a flight attendant in an extremely rude voice said on the radio for everyone to wait for the bell to stand up and be released from whatever rules...well that would be fine except to bell only went off less than 10 seconds after they stated this...my personal belief is that the pilot was a junior pilot not licensed for certain weather conditions...not our problem. I have lots more to say and lots more things were worse than not a good experience, just tired of typing.

    I just had a wonderful customer service experience with them! I had a credit card charge issue and I've never had a conflict resolved by a company so quickly! They were responding to my emails within minutes.
