    Some months back I took trip to FL, my first time flying. Suffice it to say the flight attendants on both SW planes (transfer flight at Baltimore) was upsetting to say the least. I filed 3 complaints thus far on SW website to little avail, they sent a $50 Voucher = a slap to the face, and after reporting the the calloused indifference and mindset of immunity because of federal protections, BBB is in negotiation process w/bad ratings (BBB) if no solution forthcoming. Interestingly, BBB manager (Monica) said SW has an F-RATING, 102 Complaints where SW IS Unresponsive, 100 Complaints unresolved. Many people are very displeased. I suggest other airlines for an overall good experience, as Southwest failed me in many respects.

    Southwest is a ridiculous excuse for an airline. The boarding process is proven to be less efficient yet they keep doing it and their staff is rude. A carry on can fit in an overhead and telling someone to remove themselves from the boarding process while they are getting on the plane does not make it depart any faster. I have never ever had a good experience with these clowns. They cannot get out of their own way. Being rude doesn't make your job easier.

    Overall, they do a good job, but I travel a lot, and as someone mentioned, a lot of points are devalued. I felt it this year. At Hartford, I have gotten many late flights, some for the strangest reasons, and they don't give you any points back for late flights like Amtrack does. I am worried how things will be with upcoming baggage changes, but if we pay for bags, I am debating whether to go back to Jetblue because you get more for a similar price (tvs on planes). On the good side, I have never had a flight cancel with Southwest and always get great service and get where I need to go, but I can't overlook several delays and higher prices for someone who lives in two places and commutes more pften than not. The credit card is nice, but it takes a lot to get points now.

    Awesome service. You can always count on Southwest for having kind employees to brighten up your day. Originally we were supposed to fly down to Orlando with Avelo but they delayed and delayed which got us worried. We worried the flight wouldn’t take off so we ended up booking with Southwest. We had such a stressful morning and were not in happy spirits. When we got on the Southwest plane the flight attendants were so kind. During the safety demo this guy Matt was saying the things in a funny way. He got the whole plane laughing. The point is fly Southwest because you can always count on them to give you a great experience. Check out my channel you’ll see.

    Southwest is the easiest airline to deal with in most every case... But when my Granddaughter left behind her favorite stuffy --- MooMoo ---- on the plane … and it was 1230am... the crew at Hartford sprang into action to find that Cow!! and they did!! Terra called me to let me know, and we were so thankful! Thank you for going above and beyond! The Southwest "HEART" is the truth!
