Southwest has always been our go to. They pack people in like sardines, but you get to where you're going for cheaper most times. When will they ever carry GLUTEN FREE snacks???

Business class passengers get early-bird check-in, board A1-15 and he free drink coupons and free wi-fi. The app works very well and they provide flight updates regularly. It’s easy to earn miles and the online experience is intuitive. Good overall.

They are consistently efficient, helpful, and positive. I feel comfortable and know I’m in great hands when flying with them.

June 8th- flight 237 Chicago-Midway to Buffalo. 3/4 of the plane empty. How to create an inconvenience to the southwest passengers? Take their cary-on luggage just before entering the plane and send them to the baggage claim after arrival. Super customer oriented service, especially that 3/4 of the plane was empty.

Southwest did everything within reason to get us going. Yes we were delayed, but the pilot found an issue with the front tire and immediately ordered them to be replaced. At least we were going to have new tires. Why complain.
