    Great trip, no issues what so ever. Seating was different because you don't have assigned seats. But if your a family of 3 or more and the children are under the age of 10 I believe, you board after the first group and get to sit together. Great surprise for my family and we will use them again in the future!

    Southwest airlines is the way to fly. I flew Sun country the week before I flew Southwest. Sun country has crabby agents and you get charged out the wazoo for your bags. Southwest still offers two free bags. Too good to be true! And always always very happy flight attendants. They make it an enjoyable ride.

    Their young traveler program is the best in the industry for allowing children to fly affordably. Southwest is a great airline! Still the best

    With spending 12 hours at airports and planes to only have a 3.5 flight is crazy. And the lost one of our luggage after forcing us to check our bags when there was a lot of over head space when we got on the plane. Our plane that started the chain of effects came in with lights out and a bad tire. We get that it happens but they only had one maintenance person scheduled to work. They had to call in another person that took that person an hour to get there. Will all that it pushed back almost 2 hours, there for they won’t hold the connection flight for us for 10 mins. We got push back another 5 hours to get on a different flight. They told us we had to check our bags because they had no over head space!! Got on the plane and wow a lot of space in the over head compartment. I know people are going to say it’s about the placement of the weight. Funny that Delta makes sure that the overhead departments are full before telling people to check their bags. Thank goodness the bag that was left didn’t have the keys. With this all I forgot to grab the keys before checking the bags. I stop flying with them long time ago. This proofs to be why I did. You might pay more for Delta but they do a great job. Thank you for the lasting experience.
