    It is my opinion that they are so resentful, they had to fight for our country, that they have to take it out on every customer they have by being rude to them. My family's business cares about the needs of its customers, this is how I was raised. We care and support our customers to do whatever we can to help our customers get the help they need, and we support our troops by giving them every discount and service we can in the business I was raised in. As an individual I may not have joined the military and fought for this country but I've volunteered in schools for high risk, severely disabled students as a teenager in this community, I've carried the message of Narcotics Anonymous into Hospitals and institutions and helped many get and stay clean from drugs and alcohol, as well as just being willing to go across the street and helping a neighbor out by just picking up a garbage can. I'm sorry I didn't face any bullets, but I didn't get paid for any of the volunteered services I provided I just hope that when I need something someone might just be willing to help me when I'm asking for it and more than willing to pay for it. I didn't know that I would have to walk because the Vet who owns the only cab service in town would refuse to offer any real customer service. I've been a cab driver and I know it isn't that big a deal to make arrangements to help someone. In this community there are a lot of disabled people who need the assistance a cab co can bring, but Slicks has made it abundantly clear they won't go out of their way to do anything for anybody they don't want to. Now if Yellow Cab was competing with them I wouldn't be so actively speaking out against them. Pretty much I like to mind my own business but the attitude and behavior exhibited by the obvious resentments carried by the owner of this company, have really made me want to speak out. I mean why doesn't he go live in some other country if his resentments are this severe. I didn't ask him to join the military.

    I get it it's a small town but the I think they need to really give out eta's. Because seeing reviews on here saying they waited for 45 min yeah no I would've been late for my appointment. Luckily I was able to get an Uber thank God. But the guy is nice the dispatcher. But it's just aggravating sometimes

    I've used this service in the past. Slick himself gave me a lift and he was cool. Fast forward to today. I am not from Sierra Vista, however I am familiar with logistics and scheduling. I know most SA incorporated communities well enough to have an approximate knowledge of travel time by various modes of transportation, including walking. I called in to schedule a ride, and was told that is not something they do and to call when I was at the place I needed a ride from. I was firm, yet polite. I saw I could be at a certain intersection within a couple of minutes unaware that stoping at intersections is against Slicks Shuttle policy. I advised her that it was not obvious from what I found online,band admit to the mistake and that now I know. That didn't matter, she had a rude tone of voice and was told to call back. I said there's a bank because I knew I could get to the bank in 2 minutes. It actually took me less. The dispatcher was rude, in tone and raised her voice unnecessarily and caused me of being rude... When I asked how I was being rude, she rudely informed they can refuse service, and ended the call with an unprofessional attitude. I really hope a more professional dispatcher is hired.

    I recently used Slicks Shuttle Service LLC - I was apprehensive at first because years ago I had utilized their services and was very disappointed with my experience. Couple that with the negative posts/comments/reviews I've seen online I'd say my apprehension was not misplaced. I'm a firm believer in second chances, tho, so I gave them another shot - and man, am I glad I did! From start to finish, everything was wonderful. The booking process was easy, the shuttle arrived quickly, and the driver was friendly and helpful! The only hiccup was the A/C was having a moment so it was a bit warmer in the van then I anticipated. However, it wasn't so bad that it made the ride dreadful as I was still perfectly comfortable. I'm sure with a quick recharge, the problem will case to exist. Overall, I had a wonderful experience. Not only will I use them again myself in the future if needed, but I will also recommend Slicks Shuttle Service to anyone looking for a great transportation experience. Keep up the good work! ☺️

    I was using this service 4/7 days a week, had to cancel due to timing issues and was told I was “impatient” by the dispatcher, really unfortunate as I had come to rely on this. It pains me to post this as the drivers are all very nice, but the dispatcher I spoke to was rude, and not willing to let me work out the issue. This unfortunately reflects very poorly on the business and I will no longer be using them. I recommend using the other services in town or even lyft/uber, as they won’t call you names and hang up on you mid sentence.

    The dispatch ( the CEO ) has the most disgusting unprofessional behavior I have ever seen. For starters I have autism and it was 6am in the morning. I tried to get a ride to work and asked for the estimated time of arrival, the dispatch then explained it’s against policy so I said ok fair and asked are any drivers available. The dispatch then starts incoherently screaming so I hung up. Later that day I told my older brother what had happened so he called slicks to file a complaint, the same dispatch answered and she immediately starts yelling again incoherently with the only thing being intelligible was “preppy teenagers” and then hung up on my brother. My brother tried to call again and was hung up on a second time. I then tried to call and a different women answered and I “filed my complaint ” like that will ever do anything lol. I then asked for the dispatch I was filing a report on, what is her name. I was hung up on. I called back and asked the same question and was told they can’t give CEOs names out ‘gotcha moment’.. what disgusting behavior by a CEO. So that already shows exactly the type of people who run this horrible business. Anyways they then said if you call again we will contact authorities for harassment and hung up. Wow I feel horrible for the last owners of this company probably turning in their graves for how you people are driving this company to the ground.
