Better experience at this Signature than others. Fresh pavement was being laid as we landed therefore we couldn't get to the self serve fuel. Parking attendant man said we can get charged self serve price since we can't access it. Lady inside initially said no to that regardless of what Mr. Man said. Thankfully as we left she ended up honoring the self serve price without large add ons to the bill like I experienced at Signature in FAY. Newly remodeled nice restrooms. Good experience 👍 Would visit again. Btw Piedmont Aviation Snack Bar across the street isn't the best. Just fried from frozen food. Better than a hungry belly though.

Terry on the ramp has to be the nicest ramp agent I've ever met. So polite, very helpful. Marshled me in, chocked me, offered fuel, very polite/professional. Front desk lady was so nice. Very nice building.

It's a cozy FOB with a pilot louge, a well stocked clean restroom and free snacks!

Tanner was awesome. Took us to our hotel. The flight line becka and terry were prompt and had us ready to go super fast. Very friendly. Will be coming back many times again. Thanks guys

Stopped in with a small plane at the end of the day on a very long ferry flight. Maybe the lady at the front desk had a difficult day, but she was very happy to tell me I was going to be out of luck trying to get a hotel nearby, get a decent bite to eat, or find a rental car that time of night (8:15 PM). No real recommendations, just “good luck finding a place to stay...” She eventually offered me the crew car to go get dinner. No mention of hourly limits or return time, though I do understand not to take advantage of a limited resource... She did, in passing, say that it had been a long day and she was done at 10, but this place is 24/7, so I didn’t catch that she would be waiting for me. I went to dinner and stopped at Walmart for headset batteries. My phone rang at 10:10, as I was starting my return trip. Same lady from the front desk - NOT happy I had taken so long, and had made her stay past the end of her shift(??) I returned the car, got another earful from the front desk, and grabbed an uber to my very nice hotel, 6 miles away. Next day, I had to hunt for my plane, hidden around the corner, down by the flight school. Folks at the desk and out front were preoccupied with the shiny citation, not the little guy. Not great customer service.
