What an amazing experience! This is how it should be! I walked in and was greeted kindly by both of the employees. I explained what I was trying to accomplish, which was return a comforter and to swap the box it was shipped in for a smaller box to reduce the shipping cost. She gave me a used box that she already had in exchange for my larger box at no cost, had the package taped up and ready to ship in minutes, and saved me about $40, all in less than about 8 minutes and with a smile. I'll be back for any shipping I need to!
