I booked a customised private tour with a driver to Japan in April/May this year and had a very enjoyable trip! Based on the list of places I had wanted to visit in Japan, Royal Wings helped me plan the route (from Tokyo to Kyoto and Nagoya) and advised what was feasible/not feasible. Upon my request and for an additional fee, they also helped with the booking of tickets for selected places where pre-booking of tickets online was recommended or required. Callie, Diana and the rest of the team were efficient and reassuring throughout, and a pleasure to deal with. During the trip, the driver, Lee, was punctual, knowledgeable and very helpful, also recommending excellent places for my dinners! I have to say in spite of the massive crowds especially during Golden Week, we still managed to cover almost everything I had set out to do/visit, which I am almost certain I would not have been able to if I had had to find my own way around using public transport, so to me the extra cost for the driver was worth it. I’m very pleased with how the trip went.

A very good and well run company that takes care of the tour participants and all issues that comes up. They have very friendly Tour guides as i used them a few times. Will recommend this company to anyone who wishes to go for tour.

Have booked my Bintan trip through Royal Wings Travel Singapore PL. It’s fantastic that I have no worry as they settled all bookings just for 2 of us. To my surprise that our Lunch at kelong specially arranged just for two of us. The tour guide they get for us is friendly n gave us suggestions where to go eg Spa, Blue Lake , Mini desert n mangrove to see fireflies.

Booked a half day tour with Diana during my Bintan trip last week. All the request I have raised have been fulfilled & my friend & me even feel very privileged during the trip with all the arrangement. We ended with a kelong seafood lunch, don't comment on the look of it, but the food are all fresh & the crab is really fresh & sweet.
