Royal Air Maroc's reasonably priced flights come with a patently unacceptable added risk and cost! Royal Air Maroc either lost or stole my artist friend's luggage on his way from SFO to Monrovia Liberia, via JFK and Casablanca. Staff at Roberts Field International number only 2 people at any given time. On the day of arrival, one took the luggage receipts that matched the tags on his suitcases, then provided a baggage claim report that is difficult to read and, so far, useless. Royal Air Maroc's website asks for a file reference number but does not accept any of the numbers written on the baggage claim form he was given at ROB. Ditto the World Tracer website ... the only other resource that Royal Air Maroc's webpage refers you to. Patrick's 2 suitcases contained clothing, school supplies for a little boy, and art supplies purchased in Berkeley, California for his young art students in Margibi, because art supplies are so hard to obtain in Liberia. Royal Air Maroc offers no help, no phone service, no Facebook page, or other means of communication, not even if you call their New York office, Casablanca or the so-called ticketing office at the Monrovia airport. Just "come back to the airport [insert random day] and look for your luggage." Then, when he returns multiple times, there's no one to let him in to look. How is someone supposed to keep returning to the airport when they have a new teaching job to start 2 hours' ride away, but no car? Liberians are underserved, to say the very least. I can't help wondering if his luggage was sold to a flea market in Morocco for profit! Don't ever fly Royal Air Maroc if you plan to check luggage. This happened on July 26, 2025, and a week and a half later, there have been no phone calls and no luggage. It's just a crying shame. 😢 😠 😡

NEVER EVERY BOOK AIR MAROC This is the worst experience ever, I haven’t even received my luggage’s yet ,since a week ago I arrived, no communication , bad customer service nothing positive, This is my first time rising with air Morocco and I guess this will be my last to ride with them .the worst in the managing director is a pathological lair and their are refusing to give us the form to fill please please my people do not book this stupid airline call royal air Marco. the is only disappointment in this airline.

Do not book RoyalAir Morroc! They are far from royal! I booked a flight to Monrovia Liberia for a family celebration and the experience has been a complete nightmare. The plane we flew on from Dulles was old, the food was horrible and customer service non existent. I gave them one star because a lower option isn’t allowed and we did get to our destination safely. They have no regard for people. I can’t believe they are allowed to legally operate in any country. We travelled from Dulles to Casablanca and had a 16 hour or so lay over. We had a crazy run around leaving the airport and trying to check in the hotel provided by the airline. The hotel was clean but the food was not the best and the service in the restaurant as bad as the service in the airport. Once we got back to the airport and boarded our flight to Liberia we learned from an irate passenger that no passenger bags were put on the airplane. People put a lot of time in packing personal bags for a reason. We had medicine, food for children, and items for an event. Someone had items for an upcoming wedding checked in that they have yet to receive. It’s been 2 days since our arrival to Monrovia, Liberia and we still haven’t received our bags. We just went to the airport to learn our bags have not arrived. Our friends who arrived this morning received their bags but complained of the same poor service. A simple fix would be to charter a plane to bring outstanding luggage to customers. Instead we receive rudeness. This airline is a disgrace and needs to be held accountable.

If I could give less than one review I would. Absolutely horrid airline and wouldn’t suggest flying with them, not even to my worst enemy. Your bags will get lost with no communication and no empathy. I received my bags days later due to the help of an airport staff member but my bag arrived with a broken wheel. No communication at all from the airline no matter how much I tried.
