I he a very pleasant experience with Erika Gustafson, she was great at booking all our package and gave us very explicit information about Portugal and our tour guides. We had a fantastic trip and it couldn’t be better from vehement very beginning with our driver and guide Pedro Teixeira and he was awesome! Then we had our half day tour of Porto with Pedro and he also was fantastic! Our Douro Valley and boat ride was a fun; beautiful day! Our tour guide Miguel was so much fun! no complaints! Our drivers to and from Fátima were also great gentlemen; our had day tour guide of Lisbon was so knowledgeable and took care of us! His name is Jose Migueis Marques, he really gave us an absolute history of Lisbon, we loved him!

I used Quest for a girlfriends trip to the Canary Islands from NJ for 8 nights - there were 5 of us. We knew nothing about the Canary Islands but knew that we wanted to visit several of the islands. The itinerary that the travel agent came up with was absolutely perfect. We visited 3 islands - taking a ferry to one of them and flying to another one. All the transport drivers showed up on time and the travel guides for the three excursions were great. We were very impressed with Quest Travel Adventures and highly recommend them!!

The entire trip was amazing from the hotels chosen with wonderful staff at each, to the drivers that drove us to and fro as well as our tour guides. We will never forget our time in the 4 Azores islands - Pico, Faial, Terceira and Sao Miguel. Thank your coordinating. We loved it all!

Our Quest travel agent was very helpful with planning our trip and we found her very responsive with our needs and requests. The local travel guides were very good and we were pleased with them. We had one situation on the island of Sao Miguel where the travel service there did not have a good phone number provided and so when our flight was cancelled to go back to Lisbon and we tried to contact them for a different hotel pickup time, no one picked up the phone and there was no way to leave a message. Thus, we had to find our own way to the airport. Quest offered to reimburse us but the time and stress resulting from this was a bit much. Otherwise, we were very pleased with the travel service Quest provided.

Our ski trip with Quest Travel Adventures to La Rosiere, France was absolutely incredible. Cyril Lemaire and his team far exceeded our expectations and our snowy vacation was stunning in every way. From the mesmerizing French Alps, to skiing across the border to La Thuile, Italy for lunch, to the small ski crowds, to the more than comfortable accommodations, to the incredibly picturesque La Rosiere ski village, we will definitely utilize Quest Travel Adventures for our next getaway. Cyril is deeply knowledgeable, impressively competent and is infectiously joyful about La Rosiere, France. Highly recommend Quest!!!
