Not a single employee smiles and the acoustics are terrible. It’s a brand new airport and the only speaker faces out to the screening area, not where the passengers are waiting. Also, there wasn’t a single machine that had paper to print luggage tags. SMH?!

Flew out of the new airport for the first time since it was opened (I’ve dropped off and picked up people before; just hadn’t flown out of it). Must say, it’s a huge improvement over the old airport! Spacious, comfortable seating, easy to get checked in, and TSA was a breeze!

Updating my review for the new terminal/parking/etc. I don't think it can really be expressed if you never regularly used the old airport just how much of an upgrade the new terminal is. It's modernized, it is aesthetically pleasing, the baggage claim is inside with a carousel as opposed to in a shed with an open back (huge thing when you land and it's 5 degrees outside). The upgrade is MASSIVE. Major props to everyone involved in the upgrade project. Everyone who worked on this, from the grant applications to the actual design and building, should be so proud of this accomplishment. It is still a small town airport, so keep that in mind if you're expecting restaurants and bars (it is Pullman/Moscow, not Eugene) but compared to the single room previously offered every aspect is a major improvement. One thing to note if you flew out of the old terminal regularly is parking has increased in cost (but has more availability and no more pay inside/run back out to remember your car's number). With the upgraded runway allowing for larger planes and the multiple terminals now, though, I can't wait to see the offerings continue to expand. It also always makes me chuckle now that Pullman has causeway access to the planes, you land in Seattle, and then you have to use the stairs down to the tarmac at SeaTac. All around, they crushed it with the upgrade.

Small old local airport, but the only option for certain airlines to get to the area. The baggage claim is a small separate building and was barely large enough to hold everyone on our half full flight. If you can't find a spot to stand inside the building to wait for your luggage you have to wait outside in the weather. The terminal is also small and only one flight at a time can go through security and there is only room for one flight outside of security. They do have a TSA pre-check line which hardly anyone used for our flight. All of the airline and TSA staff were friendly and helpful.

You better be super early. Hardly any people at one time in this small airport. Same person on ticket counter has to lock it up an hour early, so same person can go run the gate. So you can't check a bag anymore and you will miss your flight. Not like there is 300 people getting on these small flights. Want you 2 hours early, takes 3 minutes to check in, and then twiddle your thumbs for 2 hours.
