Hmmm...I requested assistance and the Southwest agent checked me in and notified PrimeFlight for wheelchair aid. Several minutes later a woman arrived to assist. She asked if I wanted to hold my bag. I said "no" and placed it underneath the chair. I thought she was there to help. Going through TSA precheck she almost wheeled me into another passenger. The wheelchairs stop when you release the handle. If I hadn't grabbed the table I would have hit the back of the passenger 's ankles. Her service was barely there however I was going to give her a tip. I inquired if she had singles. She said "yes, but change for what?" I responded for a $5. She said "you just need to give that to me." Wow! I thought for a moment and said "I don't think I have anything for you." Her response, as she walked to "assist" another passenger, was "I am not pressed." That is quite the dis-customer service. This adventure transpired at the Richmond International Airport on Sept 15th at 11:45am. ☹️
