Made a booking for 8 and was promised the 8th person not to be confirmed because wasn’t sure they’re traveling for sure got charged extra $750 for nothing, never replied to my calls texts or emails very shady be careful when doing business here.

Worst customer service. Once they take your money they don’t answer. I recommend Mubarez travel from Ny. They have almost 5 stars. They can still book your tickets from sfo airport.

Stay away from this guy..... Stay away from this guy.... Stay away from this guy... Not reliable, not honest, and never delivers. Search for options... Ask family members in other states like Michigan, New York for a better service.... I had a very long story with this place and to save you the time... Stay away from this place! Don't get burned like me....!!!

If I could give zero stars I would. There is a reason why travel agencies are a dying business. Where do I even start… First and foremost they are thieves and practice Business in complete bad faith. I booked flights for me and my two kids that totaled well over $4000 but due to their negligence two separate agents booked the same exact flights causing my card to be triple charged. Resulting in the airline canceling all of my tickets when I called to see what’s going on they refuse to answer my calls and essentially causing all of my tickets to be canceled. And after all this they basically told me to go find my own tickets and now all the flights have gone up in price by at least $220. It’s been well over two weeks, and they owe me over $4,500. They don’t deserve to be in business.
