Two out of two flights cancelled. Hours delayed. No vouchers or other compensation offered. Could have driven in less time and far less cost. Dismissive service when I pointed out I have other, better choices and some kind or compensation for the situation is reasonable. The fare was overpriced to begin with but adding in the extras caused by their cancellations and delays I could have had door to door intercity limo service for less time and money. Nobody controls the weather but it was clear and sunny on my flight out. Local pilot confirmed conditions were fine. I suspect it was an aircraft and not a weather issue to deny compensation. I won't be using this airline again. If you have a choice I'd suggest avoiding them.

A small casual little airline that serves in each market in Vancouver island.

Awesome dudes. Helpful. Knowledgeable. Easiest local air shipment I've ever sent, and I've sent my fair amount. Definitely worth checking out if you need to send any domestic/provincial coastal freight. Aubrey and Justin were two welcoming and easy going guys. Grateful for a quick and painless experience, with good pricing for standby.

Stole $450 from me Cancelled my original flight that was bought booked & paid for thru a 3rd party Ly.com which took them 2 hrs to figure out how to cancel it!! WHY?? Then made me purchase another for the same flight & time for $50 more. Not let me board the plane until I paid $450 WHY They said I would get a refund from the 1st booking. I have not received that No paperwork for the new booking, no paperwork for the cancellation & refund!! WHY What??? Seriously people MAKE IT RIGHT!!! Horrible airline The flight was 1.5 hrs late boarding from kelowna to nanaimo . Stopped in vancouver to change planes! 3 hrs late landing OMG seriously They owe me $450 !!

Poor communication about security levels of domestic airports on Vancouver Island causing a very unpleasant confrontation with an overly officious security person at Campbell River airport. No response to my email outlining the problems and the negative impact on my holiday to Canada.

Pacific Coastal staff and airline is incredible. The airline is well managed and the prioritization of customers through exceptionally friendly customer service and excellent communication re weather/ delays and updates provides a really positive experience - especially for those who are not as comfortable flying. Overall recommend.
