It was so amazing being both that close to history and the future. To see the evolution of Columbus air travel and the story was such an experience. I’m definitely bringing my son n daughter back to enjoy the planes and history

Decent view of takeoffs/landings. Building is closed but appears to be a future museum or something.

Building isn’t open. But, it’s a great spot to see planes take off and land.

Nice spot to catch some planes arriving and departing CMH during sunset.

Wonderful Art Deco control tower in need of a bit of tender care. Great place to watch planes movements at the airport. There are plans to turn this into an air museum, which would be a great idea and I hope it happens. An art deco hanger is just the otherside of the fence so the potential for a museum with internal and external exhibits is high
