The airport's rental car booths were closed when our plane came in at 6:15, leaving us stranded even though reservation made through Allegiant and notified it would be 7 pm for car pickup. It was challenging finding right customer service number. Had to hire taxi ti get to hotel and tomorrow another taxi to take us in AM to car rental office. So very stressful.

Parking is extremely cheap 13$ day. Small quiet airport, TSA is extremely fast as long as you follow all the instructions. Boarding an unboarding was extremely fast and efficient. Our pilots were fantastic and even got us to our destination early. Great prices and you are able to add on what you want to spend, carry on, checked luggage, seating, in flight drink/ food. They offer car rental, bus pick up, outdoor area close by for dogs to use.

Very nice airport. It would have been nice if the car rental Booth was manned for more hours. Staff was friendly and helpful. Clean and easy to navigate.

TSA was horrible! They made me, a 74 year old woman feel like a criminal! I was wearing an all cloth ankle brace, and they swabbed it, then did a full body search, and took everything out of my small backpack. All with sour faces! It was embarrassing and uncalled for!!! Also, there are very few electrical outlets for charging devices in waiting area.

I flew into Niagara Falls International Airport (IAG) last week and wow, what a gem! No lines anywhere—security took 2 minutes, and my bags were ready in a flash. The airport’s small size makes everything a breeze. Best part? I charged my Tesla for free at their EV stations in the parking lot. Clean, friendly, and just 20 minutes from the falls, it’s perfect for a stress-free trip. If you want quick, easy, and EV-friendly, IAG’s your spot. Highly recommend this airport for Niagara adventures! 5 stars!
