Pathetic to the core. I am dealing with one of their agents and have a medical emergency due to which I am having to change my ticket bur since morning she has not called me back. Steer clear of this agency!!!

Stay Away from Nataraj Travels. I have booked my family tickets(4 person) to India in 2020 and not travelled due to pandemic. Etihad is not giving me refund/credit because my ticket was booked through an agent and when I ask for help this travel agency is helpless.. Main reason for going through agent was these people can help in unexpected situations but this Agency is not one of them. I will never recommend this Travel Agency to other people.

We booked tickets with help of Kalpeshbhai Shah. He was very responsive to our requirements and understood what we need. His replies to our queries and questions was very timely. He went over and beyond his duties and provided 5* service. We wanted to book tickets to Mumbai with a stoppage in Dubai for 4 days. He was excellent. -Bharat and Nita Bhatt

If you want to save your money and not to get cheated then I would recommend to stay away from this agency. I booked my ticket to India in 2020 and couldn’t travel due to pandemic. Etihad is not giving me travel bank credit because my ticket was booked through an agent and when I ask for help this travel agency is helpless.. You might pay a few dollars extra if you book directly with Etihad but don’t waste your time and money please

Ticket was issued with wrong last name and Naz from Natraj Travel is asking me $550 to $600 for the last name change. I had provided scanned copy of the passport (which has first and last name) and also mentioned the same names while I gave to Travel Agent Naz of Natraj travels. It is really unfair to ask me $500-$600 for the name change, when they booked with wrong name. They caused lots of stress to my family for wrong booking. Very pathetic service.
