The maintenance shop at Million Air Richmond is top notch! Greg and his team can service almost everything from a 152 to a Gulfstream 5. I landed with an electrical problem in the middle of the night and they have someone on call at all times at the FBO, but the repair was done during normal hours and was done quickly. Highly recommend this shop for communication, professionalism, and a great attitude.

The line crew were courteous, friendly and very helpful, even on the night shift. We came in at nearly 1am dropping our client off and the guys were ready to help and happy to be of service. Excellent group here.

Met Randy and Donna and they are great people to talk with. I enjoyed spending a little time getting to know them. If you ever fly in to Richmond stop by and check out the different FBOs. You will be amazed how great everyone is at Richmond International Airport.

Maintenance shop replaced a defective Traffic Advisory System GTS 800 unit in our Cirrus SR22T. The new unit was defective and didn't work. Aircraft was due to be be ferried out and they knew it. They held our airplane hostage in Richmond til they got paid in full - parts, labor, hazmat disposal fee, shop supplies, freight, the whole 9 yards. Told us we could have a local Garmin dealer handle it when we got back home to Texas.

We fly in to Million Air on a regular basis. I especially appreciate all the help that Eddie provides in carrying all my various belongings, including my granddaughter to the terminal. Million Air is a great FBO with friendly and helpful staff.
