IDCO website gave me an appointment on a Wednesday here, but every Wednesday is some training day for the whole MPF? Only career field in military that gets full day of training off for easy work… every week! And a malfunctioning appointment system. DOGE should fire base commander because apparently this crap has gone on forever and no one cares to fix it.

The Hill AFB ID card section is a masterclass in dysfunction. If inefficiency were an Olympic sport, they’d take gold. Leadership must be actively avoiding improvement. You’ll grow older waiting—possibly needing a new ID before you get one.

This is honestly the worst functioning MPF I've been to where you're waiting 2 hrs or more where the queue is up to 48 people. Some of them seem a bit rude in my experience. While some military are on the phone while you're trying to you're trying to get your ID done.

Arrived at15:00 on a Monday for a walk-In. Dependent ID. Checking in was easy. Waited about 15 minutes. A1c Coronel assisted us and was great! Sharp looking, pleasant, very efficient! We were done in no time! Thanks MPF!!

With absolutely no shock 75th air base wing services like the mpf, continue nail the "non caring" with a touch of the "arbitrary rules" expectation that has absolutely become the standard of numerous facilities (cough, MDG) at Hill Air Force Base amongst my entire peer group. Today I attempted to get a ID card renewed early because of a remote location pcs. I was informed that not a single soul in the entire building could receive the orders that need to be uploaded or print the document or acknowledge on my work phone that I was holding in my hand with my orders. The DMV will print stuff for you, They will receive an email for you. The dmv, the thing known for the lowest quality customer service, has better customer service than the mpf, and less wait time All the time every time will this place waste 2 hours of your life and give you nothing in return. Its a malingerers dream location. Unfortunately there's basically no other place to go so you get to enjoy their ridiculously bad service will they have no incentive to do anything of any actual servicing quality.
