Easy 5 stars. Miles Buyer were professional, communicative, patient, and quick. Highly recommend their services, I would definitely use them again.

I used their form to submit a request back in January, they said I would hear back with a quote or if they could not move forward. I never heard back, I submitted again recently - still no response. Looks like they used to get good reviews but more recently there seem to be more low ratings. Too bad.

I must say…. This was a tricky one for me… I was not sure about this, spoke with Danny…. Went through the process… backed out..: then next day got on the phone with Danny & we worked it all out. Inside of 5 hours, I went back through the process, sold over a million Hilton Hotel Points and got paid basically immediately. My husband ED BOWERS left a message yesterday that needs to be RETRACTED. They made an error in taking too many miles away from his account. Since then Scott reached out, apolgilzed for the staff error, then they are providing a CASH payment for the error. it took them LESS than 12 hours to correct problem. They are a great company THANKS FROM BOTH OF US!!!!!

I received a quote to sell 90.000 miles and went through all the verification process, after 2 day to get verified in PayPal, I was informed that they no longer buy less than 180.000 miles for delta Skymiles. No sure why they’re advertising on their web site we buy 40.000. Waste of time this company.
