On 04/11/2025 a small plane crashed right onto the rail road in Boca Raton, killing 3 people. The Tri-rail team did an amazing job by continuing to provide premium service to all its passengers throughout the day! Since the trains couldn’t get through the crash site, they made a clever move by offering nice shuttle buses that took us from Deerfield Beach station (coming from the south) to the Boca Raton station (going north) and vise versa so we could get to our destination. Thanks again for all you guys do because it’s greatly appreciated by the community. That makes FL look very pleasant in the eyes of thousands of travelers exploring our beautiful state daily.

I advise everyone not to travel by the train in the morning it’s the worst very rude always taking over before time always late and the lady Al way have people waiting to board while she sit and eat and talk always making people late every day don’t matter is like they don’t care if you got to work or anything this is a everyday thing with this lady

Every time I try to link my Veteran ID to my Tri-Rail card, there’s always an excuse. I’ve attempted this three different times, yet I’m still forced to pay. If you’re going to offer free service for veterans, your system should actually work.

The Miami Airport Station also known as the Miami Intermodal Center is a great way of utilizing public transit options in the city. The station offers Metrorail, Tri-Rail, Metrobus and Greyhound buses.(Amtrak in the future). while also connecting to the airport via a people mover. The station is clean and quiet however. It’s also extremely busy on weekends and afternoons. the station is extremely reliable for guest looking into traveling in and out of the city while also being cost efficient. I highly recommend utilizing this station while visiting.

Mixed opinions of this place. Pretty outdated. Little confusing getting in any out of there at times. Not the best layout. I get through security pretty quickly though. Could be a whole lot better but it's definitely not bad. Seattle, Denver, old KC, NEWARK, are all horrific airports. MIA gets a bit crazy and there are some very strange characters roaming this place but overall not bad.
