I had an experience with GO airlines in Hawaii that was so awful it pretty well ruined a 10 day vacation there. And the worst part about it was not only the totally lacadaisical attitude of the GO staff in Hawaii, but also the impossibility of contacting Mesa Air Group management staff via internet mail to complain about it. None of the e-mail addresses published in their "FLY" flight magazine work. I will never fly GO in Hawaii again. And from Hawaii, I contacted a supposed customer care specialist in Phoenix, and was given yet more erroneous information by her. A terrible experience.

Complete waste of money. Flight from dc to norfolk has changed departure times a grand total of 6 times so far. They just can't seem to get it right. I will check and make sure this is not one of the carriers I ever fly. The pilot took 15 minutes to sign off his paperwork from the airport alone. Wow....

We parked in the long term lot and it was a super quick ride to the airport. It's a small airport so lines are very short. Great when traveling with kids.

I don't know where to start with this plane wreck of an airline. Maybe the flight attendants, who don't follow company policies or federal guidelines. They'll waste everyone's time and they'll be snippy with you. Yeah, that's a good start and to cut to the finish, spoiler alert, don't fly with this airline. You'll be sorry. Try a real airline with real planes and real employees.
