Worst service. They scam you to pay more. I asked for my notice on Friday, they claimed to be busy, sent it on a Saturday. Charged me an additional $300 on Monday at noon. We had 4 hours to release it with customs and I had a driver headed out at noon, they still charged me. Completely unethical behavior No customs agent is open on a weekend. This is ridiculous.

It is awful. They charged me 10 dollars for two pages of the airline airway bill. I asked them what the second copy was for. They said it was for our office paperwork!!!!. If you want waiting yo to 45 mins and disrespect, here you the place for your choice!!

Very poor customer service. I went on a Saturday, staff were walking around talking on their cell phone, some were on their desk, looked at me but didn't attend. I tried to call them, ring the bell, they look at me and pretended they didn't see me. I stood there for good 25 mins before an older gentleman got up and came to assist. Even when you try to call them, they never pick up their phone, very poor customer service. If you can avoid this place, do so.

If i could give this organisation minus 10 i would. Worst customer service i have ever experienced in my entire life. They show zero consideration for customers, simply ignore you while they look at their phones and talk to each other for lengthy periods, spend most of the time looking for office supplies and frankly don't know what they are doing at all. Don't they know without customers they don't have a job, am sure they do which means they simply don't care and it is very clear to see. I use many freight forwarders and this is organisation isn't even in the same league. I recommend using another airline e.g. Singapore /JAL not Cathay and maybe they will learn the hard way. The sign in their reception area justifies my comments, it is very unprofessional and has been up for months if not years, face facts who would have this in their office and think it's reasonable. I think this tells the world they really don't care or give any consideration to their customers and they want you to know it.

The service was terrible, and the staff had a horrible attitude. I picked up my package on the second day, only to be told I had to pay an extra $90, which was completely unreasonable. They had sent me an email late Sunday night saying my package had arrived. But as a working person, I can’t just drop everything on a Monday, and let’s not forget that the closest CBSA closes at 4:30 PM for customs clearance. I went there on Tuesday, explained my situation, and the staff told me I could pick it up during my lunch break. What a joke! I waited in line at the office for 20 minutes, then stood in another line at CBSA for over an hour. How is that supposed to fit into my 1 hour lunch break? It was completely unrealistic and frustrating. I clearly remember the staff were Louis Chan and Lucy Dang—both had terrible attitudes and threatened me that if I didn’t collect my package, they will throw away instead of sending back to the original place. For anyone considering using Cathay Pacific Cargo services , I strongly advise against shipping anything to YVR. The service at this terminal is awful, and on top of that, it’s incredibly expensive—with a $180 terminal fee. Definitely not worth it.
