the airport was decent, nothing special. service was average, but the location was convenient for my trip.

First time flying! And the janitor lady, Miss Peggy Owens came in for the save.She helped us with everything we needed help with, and showed us and told us how to do what needed to be done. Thank you for your services and Memphis airport is lucky to have you.

I love our new airport. Much cleaner. Peggy Owens was working the restroom that I used and it was spotless and she was so kind.. loved her music

This airport poorly managed. Baggage getting to the belts that it supposed to be on is never correct. No one to help if you have an issue. Security is bad. I left a bag unattended for an hour in baggage area and it was still there when I returned. The Rental car elevators area is always filty. So much is wrong here that need to be addressed.

We were picking up our grandson yesterday and “pick area” was very busy. We have to set up baby seat in back seat and was taking too much time. However the traffic officer was extremely helpful, allowing more time to accomplish our mission. Our grandson thanked her with a smile and wave. Bless this officer.
