Mango Tours only cares about money! They can't provide additional and accurate information regarding airport terminal for connecting flights. I was only told that there is a 50 minutes layover at Changi Airport in Singapore and that I had to go to Terminal 3 from Terminal 0. I asked the travel agent how far is Terminal 3 from Terminal 0 and if there is a shuttle bus or monorail service available. I was told by the travel agent that she doesn't know and that I have to run from Terminal 0 to Terminal 3! First time I have heard of such nonsense! I decided not to purchase an airline ticket from Mango Tours if all they care about is money and not providing good quality customer service 😒 🙄 😑 😐

They don’t give a better option to customer. Instead of giving a direct flight to Las Vegas from Seoul.. mango tours make me pass thru LA. To pay more .. Bad service..☹️Never again..

The ticket sales had the WORST ATTITUDE EVER‼️…she needs to find a different kind of job. We purchased round trip tickets to the Philippines during the month of December. My wife and I paid $3,700 round trip for EACH tickets. What made me give her this rating was her usual business hours according to her business cards and store schedule, she was not there. We waited over an hour for her because we’re flying out in 2 days and needed additional documentation according to her. When she finally arrived, I asked her why would have a business if you are not going to honor the scheduled hours. The woman lost her mind. My wife said “just leave it alone “. So I did…..not I want everyone to know what we had to deal with. And if Mango Tours Corporate Office wants to speak with me, please feel free to contact me.
