Really good guys, they unload really fast, and they will give you a door right away.

Check in office people are rude, long wait times to get a dock. when I checked in the morning, I simply asked how long it would take to wait for the truck to be unloaded ? The woman in the office said she didn't know, because she didn't have any paperwork for unloading. after I waited for an hour and a half, I decided to go to them again to ask if there is any update for my discharge, what papers they are waiting for? An angry man ran up to me, tore my bill of lading out of my hands, grabbed some papers on the woman's table, and threw them on my windowsill, and shouted get out of here, or come in two hours. The driver who was standing next to me was scared, he asked me, did he throw your bill of lading? I said no, it's not mine, I don't know what it is. When I called my dispatch and tell him what happened, he send me massage in 15 minutes after my call. ...... Per warehouse: he was sent away for badgering the window after we explained to him literally 6 times he had to wait for paperwork and i would call him, then he started opening the window himself to push hard for door and we asked him not to touch the window because it can pop off the track and fall on me and he just kept pushing and pushing so we told him come back in 2 hours when we weren't so busy Please advise carrier to come back in 2 hours, this behavior is unacceptable. nice. ........ it was absolutely untrue, a false accusation. I asked them very politely and respectfully, and for some unknown reason they are very angry. No one told me a word not to touch the window, I didn't push it, no one said it 6 times, since I was there only when I arrived and an hour and a half later. I don't know why they are so angry in the office. After four hours of waiting, I came to them again, they found my bill of lading, looked at it and said that they would call me if they had free unloading docks. Spent the whole day useless. very bad experience with Mak Freight. I do not recommend them to anyone, stay away from them.

OKAY, Let Me be the one to let You know just how great Arthur, and his team are at this facility in Stockton. I found myself with a 5 stop load that My OWN dock had loaded incorrectly. Arthur, one of the owners, stayed and waited until 2100 for my truck, reloaded it correctly this time at NO ADDITIONAL COST. Then on top of all that, I was able to start warehousing 3 to 5 loads per month there now. M A K IS NOW MY ONE STOP SHOP FOR TRUCKING AND WAREHOUSING NEEDS OVER IN CALIFONIA !!!!!!!!!!! We got the 3 hours early, they put us in a door even tho we had a 14:00 appointment, they guy Sean had us unloaded within 20 mins. Awesome crew.

Friendly office staff,good customerservice,kept me informed,they got me loaded early. Definitely would come back here again
