I am a frequent traveler with this airport and I have been for many many years. I am a regular as well to the food court and bar as well. Although I love the renovations that have been made, there have been some things that I have been noticing for a while now. Now we all know any form of management is supposed to keep professional and neat, however overtime I have noticed one manager in particular who works for the food court and bar who does not keep those standards. Iv seen on many occasions this woman flirting and getting numbers of men who come into the bar especially, I’ve heard the bartenders refer to her as Abra. Now it’s never a coincidence because anytime I see this happen it’s always with her. Isn’t this a place of business? Does the airport or SSP allow this among staff?? I do have a couple pictures I am attaching and would like to know whether or not this woman is allowed to behave this way. I have also seen her out of uniform helping behind the bar and kitchen. I kept this subtle for a while not because I didn’t want to cause any problems but as many times as iv been flying out I always see her unprofessional and nasty behavior. The city needs to do something about this said Manager asap. I don’t know if she works for the city or for SSP but talking to men and getting numbers I’m sure isn’t part of her job description. Nonetheless having to watch her practically make out with a passenger who she seemed to know personally. Again I wouldn’t be bringing this to anyone’s attention if it wasn’t a constant issue. As of now I will not be stopping by the food court or bar if she is managing the place no one wants to see that. Thanks please let me know.

Not bad for a small airport. The biggest downside is the lack of food options. But customer service (United) is quite good and they try their best to accommodate you.

I’m adding review for the Lone Star restaurant at this airport. It’s a terrible place. I ordered a burger and after waiting for over 1hour, they told me the orders were messed up and they could give me a refund but still get my burger ready. 30 more minutes passed and no burger! Because my flight was boarding I had to leave while starving. It was ridiculous! You should never order from this place!

Great airport. Nice and clean. Update 2025-07: still great. Love flying in and out of LBB. Very clean, very friendly, and not crowded! Through airport is always a breeze.

It's a very small airport. Car return with AVIS went well. Checking in with TSA was a breeze. No long lines. You may want to have lunch before coming here because there is not much to choose from to eat. There is a useful business center. Chargers are provided throughout, which becomes very helpful. Overall, nice experience.
