Recently, I booked a ticket from Dallas to Cochin through Etihad Airways from loyal travels. my flight from Dallas to Atlanta was delayed, and I missed my connecting flight. I was at the Atlanta airport along with seven other passengers who had also booked tickets online or through different travel agencies. At that point, Mr. Joji George from LoyalTravels immediately i called him and explained what happened. Then immediately he rebooked my journey on a Qatar Airways direct flight to Cochin the next day—completely free of cost. In addition, he arranged free hotel accommodation for me that night. I had a good experience with this agency and their support. I highly recommend Loyal Travels to everyone for their good service.

This is a Locally owned travel service. Have been using Loyal travels for more than 10 yrs now. I know the owner Mr Joji and he is never rude as portrayed in few comments. Rates are competitive and better that direct bookings. Their agents have been more than accommodating even in a certain situation when I had to make 3 cancellations during a trip to India. This agency could be better or worse than any other travel company. But my experience with them has always been good and I will keep using them!!

I'm not sure why there are negative reviews below but I have used Loyal travels numerous times over the last few years and they have done a great job!! The prices I have received have always been lower than what I have found online or through other travel agencies.Mr.Joji George does a great job in outlining the ticket conditions so that you are aware of all the fees that may be associated with a cancellation or change in the itinerary. And also they provided great customer service and attention to all the details. It was a real pleasure to work with them.

Joji George the owner of Loyal Travels is very unprofessional and rude. Has no accountability for his actions. He cancelled our ticket without informing us. One month before travellung we called Loyal travels to inquire about COVID-19 restrictions and he said our tickets were cancelled! When asked who cancelled, he states that "you cancelled your ticket". Why would we cancel our ticket when we had already planned our vacation taken time off from work, going as a family? Because of this we ended up costing us $7000. When called to get an answer, Jogi kept hanging up the phone on us. Who would do that? Then he blames it on his staff, but not taking any responsibility or accountability. The worst service you will ever receive in your life. Extremely rude and gave no answer on why the tickets were cancelled. Please DO NOT waste your money and plan your vacation depending on this individual and his business. We are seeking legal counsel and then he WILL have to answer. I wish I had an option to give him zero stars, but Google doesn't allow you to submit a review without checking a star.

I find the service and response of this travel agency to be excellent. The staff is very friendly and find out the deals according to your requirements and specifications. They are very good with ticket fare as well , I have always got the best deal from them as compare to any other travel agency . I have been booking my tickets from them from 2008 and never ever had any problems so far ,they are very courteous and professional in their approach and service .
