There were about 6 people throughout the place and no one waited on us. We asked about a server and she pointed to a gurl at a table who had fallen asleep while watching TV on her phone outside. They woke her up and she came to the table slurring eyes closed. So, I went to the bar and ordered. Food comes and sleepy waitress carries out, stands there just looking at us. We had to take our food from her and put it on the table. Weird. The wings were gross. The barbecue sauce looked like babyfood and tasted like it too. They had not made blue cheese. Go to the bathroom and GROSS. The whole place is sticky and dirty. Smells like filth inside. It is 3:30 on a Wednesday. No excuse.

This place is so fun! Great service, food and drinks. The girls were very attentive during our karaoke reservation. Really enjoyed it.

Read the low reviews and agree. Service is atrocious. It starts at the top. Managers are not doing their job. Been there five Thursdays in a row and got terrible service. Bartenders couldn’t care less about watching out for customers. Walked in and was never even greeted. It wasn’t even busy at all. No smile, no personality, no service. Sorry if bartenders hate their job, but shouldn’t take it out on paying patrons. I’ve worked in food service industry and know how a good place runs. Not the case at Woodrows. Managing has to do better with their staff. Btw, the generic reply feels totally disingenuous. Don’t bother.

I wanna give this place zero stars every worker is rude has no idea what customer service is they are unaware of what they are doing after work I went with my lady friend we got two drinks each and they cut us off because they said we were drunk we had literally just started drinking when we arrived here terrible staff will not ever come back first and last also gave us the food menu then said they were out of everything. I don't know what their deal is feels like I was in north Korea

I was here for 20 minutes to meet a group of friends. And I could tell the bar staff didn’t like my friend. She was being over-serviced. Every few minutes a waitress would come by and ask if we needed anything. The 1st waitress at one point asked my friend if she had a ride home and started talking about not taking it personal because she was doing her job. Mind you, there were 6 of us. Things took a turn for the worse when one in our group tried to over a specialty drink that was offered to her and the 2nd waitress didn’t know what she was talking about, she said never mind and shrugged it off and asked for water. Soon after that, the 1st bartender said that she was cutting off our group. Speaking directly to the girl who just ordered a water. I have never been so uncomfortable at a bar. The tension was thick from the bar staff. It was 11 pm. So we went somewhere else.
