The Lawrence Municipal Airport (LWM), 1934, the control tower operates 7AM to 10PM, Both Jet-A and 100LL, with 5000 ft & 3655 ft runways, flight training and support services. The Diner is open from 6AM-2PM. The airport can be access from two exits via I-495 or off of RT-125.

Nice municipal airport, I'm building my aircraft there , The tower controllers there are nice and helpful above the average.

An average drab looking airport for small planes and small jets. The outside is largely minimally kept up. The structures are externally boring. The entry to the the airport is not very well done. It almost is suffering from a neglect. The area where the planes take off the land is secure but there's no the security officers just a high fence. It's around the corner from a large Chinese and well-known restaurant and of major highway.

My almost home airport, a great place to stop in during Summer. Great location, convenient to many places. Lots to see and do within short distances. 3 operators to take care of any need. Plenty of aircraft and vehicle parking.
