    My experience at this business was unacceptable. I was quoted a price that was double what others were paying, and it appeared that I was being overcharged because I am American. This treatment was discriminatory and completely unprofessional. When I called to address the issue, the manager immediately dismissed my concerns and called me a liar. His behavior was rude, disrespectful, and completely out of line for someone in a management position. I do not recommend this store to anyone. Based on my experience, their practices are discriminatory and their customer service is extremely rude.

    If this is the company that delivers for Coleman Furniture, they really dropped the ball on our delivery. We were supposed to get our living room furniture delivered tomorrow. We were told in a prior text that they would text a delivery time line the day prior to delivery. We had not heard from them as of 2:00 PM today and called to see what time frame we could expect our delivery. It was then we were told that there was “a short notice” that we would not get our living room furniture delivered as scheduled. We have gotten rid of all the old furniture, freshly painted the room which sets empty until March 31, if it gets delivered then. Very disappointed !! UPDATE: I must give credit where and when it is due, after my first post I received a call from the delivery company saying that they could deliver my living room furniture on Friday March 28th. We were given a time frame the night before and they even called to give a heads up that they would arrive within fifteen minutes. The men that delivered our furniture were GREAT, very professional and were happy to answer any questions we had. As it turns out we had a great experience and all furniture was in good condition. Now give them a ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ rating.

    Worse that bad service. We had a scheduled appointment at 1:30-4:30 and no show. I tried calling customer service to check on this and was VERY RUDELY was hung up on 3 times. They didn't even have anyone there that could speak English. Not good!!!!

    Horrible! I scheduled a window for delivery and they called me the day before saying that they needed to deliver early, which wouldn’t be an issue if it wasn’t middle of work day and ai didn’t have a couch and dresser to move out the way first. They were rude and insistent if I wanted my items it had to be now. I tried to explain to them I scheduled a window and they kept talking over me. Long story short my husband had to leave work early to meet them. Then, when I tried to contact their corporate office to complain about poor customer service and confirm the change of schedule was accurate it just rings and rings. Very poor staff and very poor communication. Buyer beware.

    BEWARE: They were hired by a furniture company I purchased from to deliver. They showed up and asked me to sign a waiver for damages (they should have their own insurance for that). I refused, so they didn't want to take the risk, although the furniture I bought fits through a 32-inch door. Doors are standard 36 inches. They didn't even attempt to see if there was an issue in it fitting through the door. I've never had an issue with any furniture I had delivered in my 50-plus yrs. Don't take the job if you can't deliver. So, if you see their name as the delivery team, BEWARE.
