I’ve had multiple transport company’s provide service for my father and none have been more puntual than Kumar’s transport. His transportation company is dependable ! My father gets picked up for his treatments T,Th,&S in a timely matter and hasn’t had any issues with transportation. My only concern is dad tells me one of the drivers is constantly speeding and doesn’t pay attention but my dad laughs about it so it’s probably not that bad. All the other drivers are good. I like how anytime I reach out to Kumars, someone always picks up the phone and they’re so polite and helpful. Thank you!!

LONG REVIEW: MINUS 10 stars! In my opinion & experience with this company transports my daughter to her dialysis and Kumar the owner who I’ve spoken to a few times is rude beyond belief. This company thinks they can just Pull up late blowing the horn so rudely and disrespectfully. I spoke directly to Kumar and he wanted to tell me that it’s the driver putting vehicle in reverse or it’s someone else. When I told him for the 2nd time it’s rude, unprofessional and makes my daughter uncomfortable & they should call when running late or come to door. IT IS CLEAR FROM MY OBSERVATION & OPINION THEY THINK THEY CAN TREAT PEOPLE RUDELY AND IT IS OK BUT IT’S NOT! The owner Kumar then told me to find another service which I will but why he would get upset with rider whom he gets paid for complains about rude drivers shows in my opinion how it’s only about $$ to this entity & not about quality of service provided. You are providing a professional service BE PROFESSIONAL, RESPECTFUL, COURTEOUS, FRIENDLY & BE ON TIME! I have followed up with complaints to the other entities facilitating my daughter’s transportation needs! DONT BE AFRAID TO STAND UP TO MEDICAL TRANSPORTATION COMPANIES THAT ARE NOT CONCERNED WITH HOW THEY TREAT DISABLED RIDERS!
