He is very thorough in his planning all aspects of the itinerary and also providing support before and during the trip. He checked in on us frequently during the trip as well - excellent customer service. Until this tour I never knew them and came across them through a friend of mine who has been using them for nearly a decade. They were travelling to Bangladesh through Saudi to perform the holy Umrah and we decided to tag along. Starting with a call at 10:30pm on weekend and until we returned home, our experience has been outstanding, to say the least. Mr. Khaleque (the owner) is professional, responsive, cordial and understands his customers. We had to change things a number of times based on the fluidity of the schedule, Covid, etc. and he was able to help us through all that. The people he employed are great, especially the guide in Medina was simply awesome! The hotels we received in Medina and Makkah were great, especially the one in Makkah. (We had a great view of the holy Ka'baa from our room and was able to participate in the salat directly from the room). And all these with a great price. Needless to say, I will now become a regular client of this travel agency!
