My wife and I had a very good experience with Windy City Travel planning our 12 day trip to France this fall. Our travel agent Dana Closure gave us good options for hotels in Paris and the two other cities we visited, helped us pick small group tours in line with our interests, and developed a detailed online itinerary which was very useful during the trip. If you want a customized trip instead of packed tour, working with Windy City is a great way to go!

Kathy helped with mine and my daughter’s first trip to Europe. From flights and trains, hotel rooms, and events planned while on our trip in Italy, everything was perfect. She was very helpful and professional with all the planning she handled, answering questions about a lot of my concerns before we left, and answering the phone when I called her with a question from Greece. I will never use any other travel agent!! Cassie Thome is an absolute delight to work with. Our family trip to Paris was seamlessly planned. Cassie had amazing recommendations not only for hotels in our price range, but also catered to our interests and personalities. This is a tall order when trying to make a trip fun for educators and their teenage son! Cassie had lots of recommendations on how to not only see all the regular tourist sites, but also special interest tours and activities that were happening during our stay.
