I have been travelling over seas at least two times a year since 2009 . I just found them and it was definitely a pleasure. Professional customer service spending as much as time needed to make sure you are having all your options and you feel comfortable with all the details with your flight. They just act pretty fast. I worked with Farhad Sadeghi there. He was always available for me to answer my questions or make any changes I needed to make with my flight details. They also beat best websites prices. I recommend you avoid this agency unless you want to arrive to your destination only to find out you won’t be staying in the correct city. My parents went to Mr. Hasan and he failed them multiple times by not booking them what they asked him for. First, instead of booking the trip to Mallorca, Spain he booked to Malaga, Spain. When they discovered this mistake after leaving the agency they searched Malaga, it’s a pretty city so they let it slide and didn’t complain to Mr. Hasan. Secondly, my parents asked him to book a 2 night hotel in downtown Barcelona, Spain, but instead Mr. Hasan got them a $400 hotel 1hr30minutes away from Barcelona. The hotel he booked them also included theme park tickets, my dad is 70 years old and my mom is 63, clearly he wasn’t thinking. All of the monuments that they wanted to visit are in Barcelona and the taxi drive one way would have cost over 100€. Sadly, my parents didn’t discover this mistake until they were in Spain. When I spoke to Mr. Hasan over the phone he stated “it’s like staying in Sugar land, but wanting to be in Houston, Sugar land and Houston are the same.” He also said my parents should have caught that and told him within 24 hours of booking the trip. I completely agree that my parents should have caught that sooner, but they also expected that the “expert” booked everything correctly. It is painfully obvious this man needs geography lessons. Ultimately, they got a nice hotel in Barcelona for $215.

The staff is professional and work to deliver the promise. I highly recommend this agency, they will turn your trip into an unforgettable experience!
