Diane was absolutely fabulous! My husband and I had never used a travel agent before and she made it so easy! We literally didn’t have to do a single thing besides send her the documents she needed to book our trip! She also allowed us to make payments on our trip which was the greatest thing considering we were paying for a wedding and had bills to pay too! Walker and I had never flown and were a nervous wreck but she talked us through everything. She was always there when I had questions no matter what time or if she wasn’t on the clock! I worked with Diane Henderson of Journey House to plan my July 2022 two week trip in Italy with my three nieces. We visited the Amalfi Coast, Pompeii, Rome, Florence and Milan. We started talking a year before we planned to travel. I gave Diane our budget, the cities we wanted to visit and the things we wanted to do. Our tours were booked and ready, as were our train tickets, and our transfers were always where they were supposed to be. Our hotels were lovely. She took care of every detail. All I had to do was pay when the time came. She had numerous emails and phone calls with me to nail down details over the year leading up to the trip, and had a Zoom call with the four of us to go through our itinerary a few months prior to our departure. With COVID restrictions and vaccination requirements changing all the time we had our work cut out for us. Diane handled all our questions and we had the trip of our lives. My nieces had never been to Europe so she had great tips like what to pack, how to pack, things to try, etc. We had one snag at the end of the trip: my backpack with my wallet in it was stolen from our hotel in our last day of our trip. Diane walked me through everything that needed to be done and was always available by phone. We had a great time. I would work with Diane again in a heartbeat and will highly recommend her to anyone.
