I have had excellent service provided by Jomar Freight. I ordered a TV from Sam's Club and it looks like they use some local agents to deliver in certain areas. I was contacted by a lady in the office named Jessica to schedule the appointment and the product was delivered professionally and on time by the driver. I asked him to wait while I plugged it in to ensure it did not have any damage to the panel and he said it would not be a problem. I would use this company in the future if I have any needs for shipping!

I returned a voicemail from this company to set up a delivery, Brian was EXTREMELY RUDE!!! I requested a return call in the next 1-2 days (which is a completely normal customer service request). Brian said, "We will get to you when we get to you." and "You're not our customer. You don't pay us.". He also said, "You're not supposed to be calling this number." When I responded that this was the return number I was given, he went into a rant about how they're having issues with the company who is paying them to deliver. This is terrible customer service. It's true our company is not the one paying Jomar; however after this experience we certainly NEVER will be a paying customer and I will be passing this information on to your paying customer. Brian’s behavior was unacceptable. No one needs to know any business issues you are having with your paying customers & I’m sure they will not be pleased with his lack of discretion. Treating a non-paying customer in that way is NO way to treat anyone or get new business; word of mouth travels fast. What a horrible experience!

Amazing freight company. Especially the very nice lady named Jessica. She works very hard and always answers the phones no matter the day. It could be a Sunday when she’s up at the cabin with her family and she will take time away to help with a problem or solve something that came up.

Brian was very helpful and responsive and answered all my questions. The customer service was absolutely immaculate, would definitely recommend this place to others if asked

Jess is wonderful to work I have nothing but great things to say about this company I will use them again in the future thanks again to the Jomar Freight family
