Horrible no bathroom no guidance on how to check in street smells like a restroom they don’t have horrible get ready to stay here for 7 hours like I did but it my ratecon it said my delivery was due asap because it was so important. “Well yea buddy sure as hell is important when I’m still waiting here typing this because of the un professionalism that I experienced today

First of all, these guys load only those drivers that happen often, and then everyone else, waited 3 hours to load one palette

Taylor The Lady Costumer Representative So curious and knowledgeable went further and beyond when I came to a halt to whereas my 2nd half of services would have to wait for over an hour thus at her own initiative did the Solid to have the Service workers to continue to finish me up and on my way back to New Jersey. I wish to sincerely thank Ms.Taylor and Staff greatly so much!🤓🚛🎩

I put 1 star because it won’t let me post my review. They deserve ZERO stars! Worst experience of my life. Called the day before to check hrs. They told me they opened at 5am, 6 am rolls around and not one person showed up. Guess no one felt like showing up to work. If you can avoid JFK, DO AT ALL COST!

It’s the worst place to be in to get a load. The forklift drivers will not load you until you tip them and they skip the line for some people. Very very lazy forklift drivers they talk on the phone and chitchat more than working.. no manager or a supervisor to talk to .. anyone you ask they say we not responsible.. it’s very very bad place
