Just came back from my 2nd cruise with Carnival and this time it wasn’t fantastic. The whole ship was way too overbooked. I presume, the limited capacity during COVID helped alleviate the crowd . There were lines at food courts, restaurants. Additionally, the boat that takes you to Half Moon Cay was extremely filled with people. It felt unsafe , the boat could go down any moment. If I’m not mistaken something like this happened with RC last year. Tiny boat simply can’t handle over 100 people. Despite all of these flaws, my second cruise was enjoyable, but only due to excursions. Also , worth mentioning, the ship was understaffed, my room wasn’t cleaned properly, smelled weird. Plus , restrooms were dirty and there were a lot of trash lying around on the ship. My advice would be to hire more people immediately and not to overbook the ship. There’s simply not enough time to clean and prepare rooms accordingly before next destination, only a few hours. It is not fun at all to stand in lines for hours just to get food. Can’t enjoy much with many crowds.

If your coming for SEAONUS it’s all about luck, either it’s fast or it’s really slow. But make sure your trailer has no holes they will reject to load you 100%.

Good management, friendly staff and usually not too crowded. Great port.

Worst customer service, is hilarious how they take a picture of you with face masks that they require for”security” with hats and hoodies, so literally they see only your eyes. And if you take your nose out to breathe they kick you out. Plus supper overpriced services that doesn’t even make sense. Not recommend this place at all.

The yard jockeys are the most unsafe steering wheel holders EVER!!! No regard for ANYONE but themselves!! Including the container lift drivers. Racing around cutting anybody and everybody off! A little courtesy goes a long way!
