This company hires thieves! Luciana Huey booked my cruise, accepted payments via Cashapp and Apple pay. Had to cancel cruise WAY early and was to receive a full refund.... story after no refund. Been almost 1 year. Now I was told agent has passed, no death record! Company doesn't enforce independent agents to pay back refunds.

I used a independent travel agent from this company. A woman I worked with at ASM Global in Branson.The only way I had to pay for the cruise was thru cash app.They could pull up information on my name and could tell that Carnival Cruise had all the information on my future cruise. it was three of us the agent included going on this cruise. Due to the third person enlisted in the itinerary not being able to come up with her part we chose to cancel..it's been 28 days since she canceled the cruise.I have contacted everyone about this situation and been met with total lack of cooperation due to the payment method used. so I am sitting in limbo awaiting my refund. For anyone thinking on using this company they don't make their agent be held accountable for accepting payment methodThe current agent is saying it takes 90 days for processing and Carnival has stated that it's been released,and that it's up to independent travel agent to refund me.I am going to the authorityties for further investigation Sincerely Jennifer England

I transferred my cruise and flight booking to them from NCL and when I received my flight confirmation the deviation I requested for two extra days post cruise wasn’t on there. I was met with basically “sorry nothing we can do but if you want to shell out $1000+ more dollars you can book a flight yourself to stay the extra couple days”. I have communications all the way back the last few months where I’ve specified and talked about the requested deviation and was assured it was all taken care of and booked appropriately. The cruise line and travel agent keep blaming each other but my money is on the agent not submitting the deviation request as I never got confirmation by NCL of it being added. Terrible experience and I’m the one losing out on extra time I planned to experience a new city. Book your trip yourself or find a more reputable company to use. A respectable agent would make it right even if it meant coming out of their own pocket for their mistake but that kind of character isn’t applicable here apparently.

My overall impression is “Meh.” Decided to use them to book an international trip and everything was booked through Delta Vacations. Absolutely no communication after everything was booked. Previous travel agents would provide mailed instructions, documentation’s, check-lists, branded travel tags, RFID protection travel bags, AND communicate frequently the week before travel AND again a few days before returning with instructions on how to easily return. Literally had to figure this all out through the Delta app (Delta Vacations). Could have done this ourselves and easily saved money. This travel agent made me feel like she took the money and ran. Not impressed, felt taken advantage of, and during the original “booking” process had issues of names submitted wrong and had to OURSELVES contact Delta multiple times to get this resolved. I will absolutely never use this company again. Avoid this “travel agency” and book with someone else.
