Flew to Chicago via DAC. The staff were top-notch and even provided Dominos, snacks, and waters during our 3-hour weather delay. TSA is amicable and quick. Baggage claim is slightly chaotic having the crew bring bags into the terminal but overall, great experience! If your looking for an alternative to Memphis, this is the place.

We had to make an unscheduled stop here due to weather and what an amazing experience! Nathanial was so kind to us and very helpful! We absolutely LOVED the pilot's lounge that they provided. They had a wonderful massage chair that was amazing! They have a few wonderful lounge chairs, a great flight planning room with computer and printer. The bathrooms are very clean and well kept, but please know that there is a commercial airline that flies in there, so there might be a lot of people in the main area, but you can go to the private FBO side. The self service fuel area is great and easy to use. We also had to tie our plane down over night due to the weather and there was no problems. We would highly recommend this place and will put it on our list of stops when flying through the area!!

KINDEST STAFF! Easy checkin, great routes via DAC. Remembered us coming in and asked about trip, even remembered who picked us up and that it was his birthday. Overall, amazing experience. You feel like you're flying private. Edit: Some TSA workers are pretty strict and rude.. very serious. But check in staff are incredible ❤️

Quick parking and fast check-in. It is easy to navigate the airport. Security is efficient and quick.

Because of the snow storm in Chicago we had to stay in Jackson overnight It was very stressful having our flight canceled and having to locate an hotel to stay until the following day. But because of the staff going over and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and providing use food and beverages also transportation to our hotel.
