For airline crews flying Non-rev I cannot recommend ID90 for hotel reservations. They require a cancellation of up to five days in advance for any refund on your stay. I understand that this is their policy, and they have to abide by it. However, my wife and I booked an international trip with the intent of non-revving. I saw that the loads were unfavorable and tried to cancel our reservation three days prior to check in. ID90 explained that they could not offer a refund, despite the hotel having no penalties for cancellation. We ended up having to pay the full amount for the stay, despite never checking in to the hotel. The cheaper prices are not worth the risks associated with not making the flight while non-revving and being on the hook for the whole price of the stay.

@ID90Travel I am extremely disappointed with the customer service I received while trying to book a hotel on your platform. I made 3 reservations, all declined due to a “payment method error.” I spoke with two agents (George & Ema), neither could explain the issue. Capital One confirmed 2 of the charges were approved on their end, yet your team continued to send me in circles. When I asked for someone more knowledgeable or technical support, I was told there was no one else to speak to. This is my first time using your platform, and the lack of accountability and problem-solving was unacceptable. I have sent a formal complaint requesting a resolution and confirmation of pending charges. If I don’t receive a response, I will escalate this matter up the leadership chain. Please respond ASAP with a clear resolution: How can I successfully use my credit card to complete my booking?

Don't book anything from id 90. Their service is terrible and unprofessional. Customer service doesn't care about us. They just rob us of our money, and we end up wasting our money. Once again, tell your friends and family not to use is 90 so that you don't have to go through the same experience I had with my friends.

First time using them and I accidently booked the wrong dates. I contacted them to try and move the dates back one day. They said they couldn’t help but would contact the hotel. I called the hotel and they couldn’t find the reservation. After informing id90 of that, they sent back an email stating they are working on it. I work in the hotel industry and it never takes this long for modifications. I will never use this service again
