First and foremost I'd like to say that the team at House of Travel are beyond extraordinary! I was a little hesitant to even reach out to a travel agency since most of us think we can do without, but the reality is that no, we still need professional guidance from travel agents. They are almost godsent! I was in a very difficult situation outside of the States. I had lost my passport abroad and they were there every step of the way with me. They were able to provide and update my travel itinerary as needed. Even if I called three times a day to get them to change it, they did and always with a smile on their face. You can tell when people love their work, I can say from experience that they love what they do. They are so welcoming and willing to help you however they can. I highly recommend them. We decided to stop in Savannah last minute to break up our drive down from northern GA to Miami, FL. Our travel agent got a us a great deal and and an upgraded suite.
