Very easy pick up and drop off process. Austin and Tom were very helpful! Definitely recommend. Seemed easier to rent from here rather than the airport and glad I did!

Always understaffed. Every time I've come here, I've had to wait a minimum of 1 to 1.5 hours. Whether or not you have a reservation or if there is no line. Seriously ridiculous. There are two desks but consistently only one person who can assign the rentals OR process returns at any given time. The one guy working here, the branch manager, is working very hard, but it still can't substitute for being severely understaffed. It is very unlikely to continue recommending this place unless change happens.

Great local chain, usually try to stick with gas vehicles for long distance travel and they always have a couple. Tom is always great to work with.

Had to wait for over an hour for a vehicle to be readied. The vehicle type that I reserved was not available and no effort was made to get the vehicle type that I did reserve. Go elsewhere

This Hertz site is very frustrating to work with. There appears to only be one person that works here and he seems to work every single shift. While he’s friendly, knowledgeable, and easy to work with, I’m routinely wait 30-45 mins to get a car because he needs to process each rental, clean the cars, get payment, take pictures of the car, etc. If there are 3-4 people ahead of you, then it’s typical to wait over an hour. There is no express check ins or any way to expedite this. As a President Circle member, my ask to Hertz is to either get a second worker or to provide an express check in service.
