Have used Hera Flight a few times and always get great personal care. The pilots are hand picked by one of the owners-Jonathon who is also a pilot and knows how to find quality people. I had an issue and need to get on flight earlier than planned Chuck white and Lisa S were quick to help us get back home. I would highly recommend Hera. They have surrounded themselves with a team that love aviation and taking care of the customer.

I’ve used this company 3.5 times so far…and WOW! The pilots have been wonderful and the planes have been superb. Last 2 times I booked through their site and cut out the broker-middleman. Very pleased, I’ll continue to use and THANKYOU for connecting me and my family!!!

Chartered a plane from nassau to aspen paid all Changed schedule by landing in fort lauderdale instead of Palm Beach for customs Delay in change at least 45 minutes. Wouldn't take fuel at customs. Another 1 hour delay. Pilots at this time said they would be over the time alotted and in effect quit the flight..took our luggage off and stick at airport in Florida Promised 9 departure but promise not kept. Need hotels etc zero help. Beware using this company. Another thing the plane was a sauna as ac not working. Even pilots complained. No confirmation from them now. Called company no answer. My family and I chartered Hera flight from Florida down to Caribbean islands. The service was excellent and the crew was very accommodating to my family. Top tier company and will gladly contract them again!!
