I just came back from a tour to Europe ( Italy, Switzerland and France). My friend and I bought a package in January 31st to travel in May. Marcela, the agent charged me around $3,000. I told her to charge it in 2 parts. The first part this day, and the second part the first week of March. Well, when I checked my bank statement they charged it in February. They didn't wait until March to charge the rest of the money. I called her many times and never answered. After 48 hours, I asked to talk to another agent. He said that they will send me the full description of the tour. Finally, after 48 hours Marcela returned my call. She never said I am sorry. Nothing. She acted like she didn't have any responsibility. Then, I asked her about the tour and the schedule and she just answered my question without any motivation to help or to give a service. I have never received any good service from her. My surprise was when I was in the tour. The guide from Europamundo already had a group to go to the Vatican, or to the Moulin Rouge because in the tour description never specified if I have to buy ticket and from where. I learned that Europamundo has an app and I can buy all my tickets from there... well it was too late. I lost Moulin Rouge but with the Vatican, I could go the next day by miracle. The service is very bad. They are just begging for your money. Marcela sent me a text at 7:56 am (they started working at 8:00 am) to ask me for money. I guess she was in a very bad economical situation to ask for money too early and then charge the other part, earlier than agreed. Anyways, this is my last time with this agency.

Excellent and quick customer service! Thanks to Guillermo my mothers urgent flight was booked which was time sensitive. I highly recommend this travel agency and you can book over the phone, simple, quickly, and he was patient with me. Guillermo's a God's send.

I called asking for them to do the check-in for my parents they said they'd take care of it and only sent us 2/6 boarding passes we needed. Due to the tickets being booked through them and not directly by us I'm unable to do the check-ins myself so we had to leave earlier than planned to compensate for the extra wait time getting our boarding passes. Getting them on the phone and to not drop my call was another mission in itself. Overall, I'm very dissatisfied with their service.
