We booked Secrets Baby Beach in Aruba with Teresa for our 25th wedding anniversary. It was a phenomenal experience! Working with Teresa has always been AMAZING- she is the BEST! The resort was amazing, staff very attentive to your wants and needs! We had a butler “Jack” and he would check in multiple times a day and would get you whatever you needed or requested. He was great. One of our Bartenders David aka Bruno ( my husband referred to him as this due to he looked like Bruno Mars) would make us the best specialty drinks! It is a short walk to the beach, they do have loungers and chairs for guests along with towels, beer and bottled water. Baby beach is a public beach as all are in Aruba and we were told by staff that due to this they cannot have “alcohol” other than the beer at this time. We would just fill our travel cups up before we went down to the beach and drink beer down there if needed. The views are amazing. On a clear day you are able to see the mountains of Venezuela from the resort. I highly recommend Teresa at Gullivers Travel Duck Creek as well as Aruba and Secrets baby beach. We had the BEST time all thanks to Teresa!!!

Our experience with Teresa Martens-Gonzalez has been exceptional. Her and her team do an amazing job communicating with their customers and updating them along the process. I have been a customer of them for many years and I have referred many friends and everyone has been very happy! Teresa and her team are professional, compassionate, kind, and a hard-working group of people who will not stop until the job is done. My husband and I were booked to go to Jamaica In November, and due to the hurricane, we had to change our plans. Teresa was the first to reach out to me to tell me that she recommended we change our trip to another location. Within an hour, I was rebooked to another destination. She took the stress and worry and ensured that our honeymoon was a success.

Teresa has been absolutely FANTASTIC to work with! We have a larger group that was planning to go to Jamaica for a Birthday trip. Unfortunately, Hurricane Melissa decided to hit two weeks prior to our departure. Teresa called us the night before the hurricane hit land and already had a solution and options available for us! I know countless hours were spent on coming up with solutions and getting everything changed but nothing is better than knowing that your problem has been resolved before it has even happened. I can't thank Teresa or Gulliver's Travel Duck Creek enough for making what could be a stressful situation seamless in every way!
