This service was awful. I called and made a reservations when I arrived to the airport in ATL. I was informed by a driver who is there the location I was trying to get to Granville ATL that's not the address that I gave her. I gave her the location they still booked a ride for the wrong address. It took four hours for someone to arrive and when she arrive, she dropped off her other customers and also the last to be dropped off at a different location two hours away from where I was supposed to be at And I didn't know the difference because that was my first time ever using this service and going to Atlanta when we arrive to the hotel, I went in. I asked the front desk clerk that my other parties check in yet they said no because I was at the wrong location. It was 11 o'clock when I arrived to this location the office that dispatch the driver was closed. the driver called the dispatch office dispatch informed her to take me to the office that was near me drop me off and I was supposed to stay there until 2 o'clock in the morning to another driver was able to come pick me up from that location. I'm a senior citizen 69 years of age with health issues. One of them may be diabetes I needed to eat. I have neuropathy so I'm unable to walk for distance. The reason why I try to make things comfortable inconvenient for me. The driver did come at 2 o'clock in the morning. I got to my destination at 4 o'clock. Mind you my plane arrived in Atlanta at 2:47 in the afternoon I called in the next day I was informed that the supervisor will reach out to me and provided the new driver with all of my information. I still have not heard from the supervisor each time I call he's always in a meeting. I was charged $29 For this right from here. I would never recommend the service to anyone. I would never use the service again, and I believe that if you have a service for the public to use at least provide their drivers with the correct information that's given to them so that they can be courteous to the passengers that's paying for service

Your customer service rep answer the phone laughing for about 11 seconds . While laughing, she asked if she could help me apparently somebody must’ve told her another joke and she started laughing this whole process of trying to book a trip to Orlando airport was very disappointing This was the lake Sumter office in in the villages. I have eventually got to a supervisor who said she would look into it. She had another customer service rep. Call me who was very nice and took care of my trip but the first one what a nightmare I have somebody working your company who answers the Laughing and continuously laughing

You have a male employee at the Daytona Beach office who is absolutely the BEST public relations person for your company. His name is Roy and he so kind and helpful to EVERYONE. Over the past several years I have seen him help many people on the phone as well as those with a dead battery, confused elderly people as well as myself. I keep using this shuttle because of his service to everyone. Bravo for hiring him!!! Please recognize him for the great job he does. Marilyn Kovach

I've ridden with them numerous times between Atlanta Airport and Chattanooga and have had good experiences. The drivers have been competent and careful. My only complaint is that some drivers are reluctant to stop to allow passengers to use the restroom.

I’m obviously not the only person who had a bad experience with this company. Please do not book with them they are very rude and inconsiderate from the reps to the driver to the person calling me about my complaint. Like how is the whole entire company trash! So the first time I called the agent says I have to tweak the site for times but didn’t offer to help me. So I called back and the man says everything is booked and I asked him how does he know and he says because everyone has been calling. With the rudest tone. So I proceed to ask how can you say it’s booked when I never gave you a time, date, or location and asked him if he could check his system. He huffs and puffs and states “I guess I have to do it the hard way” so he pulls up times that didn’t work. He says 10:45pm Friday when my flight was at 5:30 am Sat . So I decided to get back on the site to try again and was able to book for the times they both stated wasn’t available. At 2:45 and made it to the airport at4. But before that I make it to the shuttle and the driver walks up and says I don’t think your on the list not even checking or asking my name so I tell him I have both confirmations he looks up my name and of course I’m on the list .. like are you serious. So after the ride I get a email about my experience so of course I inform them I’ll be reaching out to corporate. Well someone calls me today 11/3 and my flight was 11/1 about my experience but the whole time she’s only trying to justify everything about the times not asking me what was said not apologizing or nothing I’m like this has to be a joke like did you really call me and try to check me about your unprofessional company? So yea I’m a live streamer and I know a lot of people and I will definitely be informing them to stay far away. My mother suggested this company but we will never use them again !
